Blue Topaz American Style Retro Diner
Recently, the Poison Arrow Retro team visited the 1950s inspired Blue Topaz American style diner at Severnlea, a few minutes south of Stanthorpe on Qld NSW border. If you are looking for a new retro venue to wear your 1950s dress or vintage style bowling shirt this is a great place for a day trip or an overnight stay.
Featuring an amazing classic 1950s American diner menu, makes it the perfect destination for classic car clubs and rock n roll lovers. The Blue Topaz diner is licensed and offers the choice of indoor and outdoor dining in their classic American Diner booths, reminiscent of Arnolds in Happy Days.
Nestled in the granite belt on the New England Highway, the Blue Topaz diner is very close to Stanthorpe's wineries and Giraween National Park with it's incredible rock formations and nature walks.
Also, both Glengallan Homestead (near Warwick) and Tenterfield are within approx 1 hours drive to make added value to any road trip adventure.
An added bonus is the attached Blue Topaz caravan park accommodation, and plenty of car parking space for overnight club cruises.
