SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your new swimwear! If your item is not quite right, we have the following returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- We accept unworn swimwear and clothing purchased from Poison Arrow Retro in BRAND NEW CONDITION. Item/s must be in original saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, no deodorant or makeup marks, fragrance of any kind, in the original packaging, with all tags and hygiene protection sticker attached).
- Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will issue you with a store credit /gift card via email. The value of the store credit issued will be equal to the amount originally paid for the returned item. If the item/s were purchased with a discount code, your store credit will be for the discounted price that you paid for the returned item/s.
- Please choose your swimwear carefully as we do not offer refunds.
- The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.
- Please note all Clearance and Sale Swimwear is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Poison Arrow Retro reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
If the item is a Pre-Order, it will be clearly marked on the CART BUTTON. Some items (footwear, accessories, some clothing and some bags) are made to order and posted direct from our suppliers and require approx 30 days delivery due to international shipping and customs.
If you are purchasing a combination of pre-order and in-stock items and don't want to wait for the pre-order item/s, please order separately.

Once we have lodged your parcel, standard Australia Post delivery times apply. A tracking number will be supplied via the email address you supplied and / or mobile phone.
If there seems to be a delay with your parcel, please check your tracking number.
If the tracking is unclear, please contact Australia Post in the first instance, then contact Poison Arrow if required.
Exchanges & Store Credit You have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Exchange If your item doesn’t suit you, or you’d like a different size, return the original item and we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift voucher. Use this credit to purchase the new size or any other item from our website.

Q. Do you have a shop that I can visit?
A. We have had several shops over the last few years, however we closed our last store at Orion Springfield in March 2020. Read our BLOG POST to see what led us to this decision.
Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone?
A. Yes, we can process your order over the phone if you are paying with a credit or debit card. Please call us on 0416 155 909 to order (or SMS if you would like us to call you)
Q. Can I pickup my order in person?
A. As we no longer have a storefront, our stock in now warehoused and we do not have pickup facilities available. If you need your order urgently, we do have Express Post available via Australia Post.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

Q. How can I tell which products you have In Stock?
A. We have a warehouse, on the Gold Coast, Qld, full of stock items ready to ship, but to be able to offer even more choice to you, we have a range of items that we can order in as requested. If the button on the listing says "Add to Cart" it is in stock, if the button says "Pre-Order" we need to order it in for you. Some pre-order items will be shipped to you direct from our supplier, while others will come to us first and we will forward on to you. Please allow around 30 days delivery for orders with pre-order items.

Q. I can't login to my Rewards Account. Help!
A. We get this one alot, and it's usually an easy solution. When most people join our newsletter, they don't actually register an account, just enter their email for a discount code. Simple answer is, instead of the "Login" button, tap the "Create Account' button and enter your details. Voila! Should work now
Q. Where are your size charts and measurements?
A. We do our best to include size guides, charts and measurements on each item, but occasionally we will miss one. Please ask us and we will provide.
